Are you a looking for an exciting new opportunity?
Operose Health are looking for a Treasury Clerk Officer for 37.5 hours per week.
Main Responsibilities
Key duties will include:
- Responsible for the ensuring timely reconciliation of the organisation’s bank accounts – deadline driven.
- Ensure the organisation’s operational banking functions as needed.
- Be main contact for banking issues, liaise with banking support lines as needed.
- Manage storage of the organisation’s bank statements.
- Assist with Sales invoices processing as required.
- Assist with ensuring customer details are kept up to date and stored for audit.
- Assist with card based expenses, reconciliation and import into finance system.
- Build strong relationships with the Practice Managers, Regional Managers and Heads of Department to effectively resolve queries and support the business.
- Assist where needed to process purchase orders and purchase invoices ensuring that the expenditure is valid and accurate.
- Review Aged Creditors and manage payables to ensure payments are made on time.
- Assist where needed to in ensuring supplier details are kept up to date and that bank details in particular are accurate, independently verified and stored for audit.
- Ensure that expenditure and income coding is accurate as appropriate.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial policies to govern.
- Participate in month end and be responsible for certain month end duties and balance sheet accounts.
- Assist with providing information for the annual audit.
- Finance project work as appropriate, such as implementation of new systems or similar.
