Job Introduction
The Learning Enterprise (TLE) is the learning and development department of HCRG Care Group and is an Independent Training Provider delivering a range of learning interventions to a national external client base.
We are seeking a dedicated Bank Senior Trainer to provide coverage across the Surrey area for face-to-face course delivery, primarily in Patient Moving and Handling and Basic Life Support (BLS). The role also includes virtual classroom delivery on various subjects. While full training will be provided, previous experience in training, particularly in these areas, is highly desirable. If you are passionate about teaching and have relevant experience, we would love to hear from you!
This role offers hybrid working from our regional offices, with the requirement of regular national and regional travel.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions and competency assessments for various audiences.
- Ensure internal quality assurance of clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions, and maintain up-to-date course information.
- Develop and implement a modern, blended learning approach using digital tools and virtual assessments.
- Tailor learning delivery to different environments and learning styles, providing necessary adjustments and support.
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify and address learning demands.
- Review and analyse the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary modifications.
- Manage workload with strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.

The Ideal Candidate
- Registerable qualification with current NMC/HCPC/GDC/Social Work/GMC registration.
- Recognised level 4 teaching, training, or assessing qualification.
- Significant clinical practice experience in a relevant field (AHP, Nursing, Social Work).
- Experienced in delivering training on various clinical health and care topics, and in creating high-quality blended learning solutions.
- Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including travel to regional and national locations as required, and a clean driver's license.
